Dental

Roper St. Francis Healthcare offers dental coverage options because of the increasing awareness of the impact of oral health on one’s overall health.

Roper St. Francis Healthcare offers two dental coverage options, the White dental plan and Silver dental plan. These two plans offer routine and preventative services as well as basic to major services.  Selecting the Silver dental plan adds orthodontic coverage for covered adults and children to age 19.

You and Roper St. Francis Healthcare share the cost of coverage. You pay your portion through pre-tax payroll bi-weekly deductions.

Dental Plans Now Cover Implants

  • Dental implants are covered under both the White and Silver dental plans.
  • Implants are considered a Major Service. See the coverage chart for more.

White Dental Plan

With the White plan you may see any dentist, but your out-of-pocket costs will be lower if you select a Delta Dental PPO or Premier participating dentist.

Silver Dental Plan

The Silver plan provides the same comprehensive coverage as the White plan but includes up to a $2,000 lifetime maximum per person in coverage for orthodontia.

To find a Delta Dental PPO or Delta Premier dentist, visit deltadentalsc.com or call 800-335-8266.
