Roper St. Francis Healthcare offers the Silver dental plan. The Silver plan offers routine and preventative services, basic to major services, as well as orthodontic coverage for teammates, spouses and covered dependent children.
You and Roper St. Francis Healthcare share the cost of coverage. You pay your portion through pre-tax payroll bi-weekly deductions.
How to Use Your Dental Coverage
What information do I need to access my personal dental benefits plan information?
To protect your privacy, customer service will ask you for your name, date of birth, and either your social security number or member ID before reviewing the beneﬁt information requested.
What if I have trouble with a dental claim or wish to speak with a customer service representative?
To speak with a customer service representative, call 800-335-8266, and press 2 for automated assistance or press 9 to be transferred to a customer service representative. Customer service representatives are available, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time.
Is it possible for me to access benefits information online?
Yes. Visit Delta Dental of South Carolina’s website at deltadentalsc.com. Click “Subscribers,” then “My Beneﬁts” to view and print your beneﬁts information. You will need your birth date and either your social security number or member ID to access your personal dental beneﬁt plan information.
