Parental Leave
RSFH proudly offers parental leave for eligible teammates to spend additional time away from work bonding with their new family addition. At the date of birth or finalized legal adoption, the teammate must have at least 91 days of full-time or part-time continuous service in a benefits eligible position. Paid parental leave must be taken on a continuous basis at the time of the baby’s birth or date of finalized legal adoption for the non-birth parent and after the disability period for the birth parent for up to 8 weeks of bonding at 100% of base pay equal to FTE.
