Parental Leave
RSFH proudly offers parental leave for eligible teammates to spend additional time away from work bonding with their new family addition. Time can be used continuously at the time of birth or at finalized adoption for up to 8 weeks of bonding at 100% of base pay equal to FTE. Teammates must be in an benefits eligible position with 90 days of service.
