Life Events
Changes to benefits elections due to a life event must be made within 31 days of the life event effective date. Teammates must provide the necessary documentation (long-form birth certificate for child, marriage license, divorce decree, adoption papers, etc.) Teammates can make changes online at rsfbenefits.hrintouch.com or by contacting the Human Resources Benefits Team.
